‌Woody Voice Box Doll Mechanism – Smooth Retraction

The voice box features a smooth, slow retraction of the pull-string with vibration, recreating the movie effect. The default version includes a small pull ring.

Default configuration uses a ‌Thinkway original English voice chip (23 authentic Woody phrases, not re-recorded, lossless audio quality)‌. Alternatively, a ‌Jessie (Bo Peep) voice chip‌ can be installed.

This voice box can replace a faulty or missing original voice mechanism, or add speech functionality to non-talking dolls. ‌Custom Chinese voice lines or other character voices are available upon request (DM for details).‌

‌Size reference in images‌ – Easy to install as long as the doll’s body cavity has enough space.

‌Note:‌ For dolls with ‌head-connected mechanisms (e.g., Thinkway series)‌, replacing the voice box may cause head tilting due to lack of support. Stuffing cotton inside can help stabilize it.
